hotel overlooked garden and the room was cheap and big size. there were effective wi-fi and a kitchen in the room, greatly enjoyed that. the bed was comfy with down pillows. the property has great location adjacent to restaurants, shops, center and jetty, the port and the bus station.

The room was spacious with a comfortable queen bed, which made our stay very enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect, being close to Tioman Island, the market, the sea, and various restaurants. It was a great base for our trip.
